Printer Love!

With the holidays approaching, a lot of us are thinking about our
list of things we want.
I wanted to share with you one of my latest purchases for my classroom, which started when my O.L.D  printer finally passed away.  You see, it was a B&W laser jet printer from back in my third grade days (at least 6 years ago)…so its passing wasn’t completely unexpected.  Once I got over the initial shock, I decided I would try to buy another just like it since it had served me so well….but of course, they don’t make it anymore.  SO I began to investigate new laser jet printers.  I wanted one that had great reviews and REASONABLY priced cartridges.
I decided on the

Canon imageCLASS LBP6300DN Printer

It was $119.96 with free shipping on Amazon!
I LOVE IT!  The image quality is great, it is a little louder than my other printer, but it is still awesome!!
It was super easy to hook up and one of the great things is that the cartridge it came with is not a trial or demo cartridge, it is a full size one!  I went ahead and purchased an additional cartridge and it was only $36.99 (and has a 6,500 page print yield)
I bought this printer and didn’t receive anything for the review, I just wanted to share my new printer in case you are in need of one!

  1. Hi Jennifer:
I think this is the same printer I have at school. I love mine too and it has stood up to lots of kids pushing the buttons and attempting to get the paper tray in and out (even after they are told not to!)
Congrats on a purchase you will enjoy!
