“Pout” was one of our vocabulary words with StoryTown this week…so I read The Pout-Pout Fish with my kids. See? I told you I would be back with a freebie!! =) Simple and fun activity for your class and your apple unit. I have my kids decorate the tree….except for the apples. I let them dip their finger tips in red paint and dot the apples. They love it! We also practice the poem for them to take home and read to a parent.
Why is it when I read or say that I hear the music to “Can’t Touch This”…and then I hear “Label Time” instead of “Hammer Time”? What is the best thing about school so far? hmmm….my kids are funny and sweet. (simple enough, right?) I am getting in the routine of things again. Life is good.
